Outside those hours WhatsApp still reaches us, and anything from a guest who is currently staying gets answered whatever the time. Booking questions can wait until morning; a problem in the apartment cannot.

Where we are
Altura, Upper Hill, Nairobi, Kenya — on the ridge between the business district and the Upper Hill hospitals, both within walking distance.

From Jomo Kenyatta International it is about eighteen kilometres, straight off the Expressway — twenty-five minutes late in the evening, and up to an hour and a half in weekday traffic. Tell us your flight and we will arrange a driver to meet you if you would rather not find your own; we have written up the journey in detail.

We answer booking requests within Bookings confirm straight away, so there is nothing to wait for. If you have not heard from us in that time, something has gone wrong on our side — please chase us.
